stress relief for stressful jobs?
I work for a battered women’s shelter and a lot of our advocates are stressed from time to time. Any one have Stress Relief remedies that work for them? I would only like serious answers. Any activity ideas that I could use at our next training? I thought of getting a massage for each one but what else can I do?

I found some easy ways to help relieve stress.
Eat right and exercise
Set realistic goals
Handle important tasks first and eliminate
unessential tasks
Take a break and meditate to slow down
"mind-racing"

Reduce criticism
Don’t stress when expectations are not met

Choose to keep quiet when you feel a

Be cheerful, it deflates others stress and
anxiety
Silence your phone at night
Dab essential oils on your wrist to reminder
yourself to relax
Utilize relaxation techniques; Yoga, Meditation,
Breathing, etc.
Laugh more, and often
Monitor your communication skills
Remember you can only change yourself
