Anyone have tips on how to get better sleep when the baby is laying in your back?

And I have problems walking because my legs hurt like I ran a marathon, in which I havent. I just woke up one morning like that. I can barely walk because of it. So does anyone have any good ideas on how I could get some sleep when I have 11 weeks left of my pregnancy?

yes put a pillow in between your knees when u sleep my son was laying on my nerves in my back and the doc said put a pillow there and it really relieves the pain

I had to take Tylenol PM my last weeks of pregnancy

    Ask the DOC for suggestions

My legs have felt like this before, my husband made me stay in bed for an entire day, so I wouldn’t irritate it by walking. It worked for a few days, then came back (I then had to stay in bed for another day).

I suggest staying off your feet, don’t use your legs unless you have to get to the bathroom.

As far as sleep goes, take one Benedryl capsule about 30 mintues before bed. It helps me on really bad nights (when I havn’t had more than 4 hours of sleep a night for the past few nights).

In the last weeks, I had to use a thick pillow between my legs and another under my belly whilst lying on my side. (It helps if you imagine the pillow is Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp) :p

Try things to help you sleep like some chamomile tea, some lavender petals or oil on your pillow etc (with aromatherapy always check the scents are safe for use during pregnancy)
