How can i get better sleep at night?

…only if i sleep better at night, half of my problems may disappear away…

use up lots of energy in the day, don’t eat or drink too late, before you get into bed write down all the things that are bothering you and free up your mind.
get into a good pattern of going to bed and the sleeping may follow and your right when you are properly rested problems don’t seem half as heavy.

    get tired, dark with the tv on on its lowest level of volume, lay down and just thhink about sutff (: idk if this help with a sleeping disorder but it helps with me (:
