Is binge eating disorder the same thing as emotional eating? How do you beat this? How do you overcome it?
Ive recognized that I have binge eating disorder, in fact ive gained 50 lbs in the last 2 years from it. bah now im chubby and a size 10. bah. is this the same thing as over eating? I dont eat alot if anything in between meals, and when i do eat i eat alot. sometimes so much in a few minutes, stress??? is this the same thing as emotional eating? how do i battle this??? i need to lose this weight its making me crazy lol but i cant seem to stop bingeing, even healthy foods….

If you want to lose weight, Don’t Use Diet Pills.
They are bad for you. Most of them are just a scam or they are addictive. Counting calories is a pain in the butt. It will drive you nuts. But, losing weight is simple. You just have to do the right things.
Fad diets sometimes work but, you can be sure that at least 25% of the weight you lose will be muscle. Then when you stop the diet you will gain back all of the weight you lost but no muscle. So, you will have 25% more fat than you did before! Fad diets just

Fasting or skipping meals will teach your body that famine is about to happen and your body will begin to store more fat to get you through the next period when food is not available.
Here’s a simple trick that can help you lose weight without doing anything else. Drink a litre of water as soon as you wake up in the morning and then drink two more throughout the day. You’ll notice a difference the first month.
Here’s a better way. For every pound of muscle that you add your body will burn 3000 calories (1lb) of fat every day. That means that just by having an extra pound of muscle on your body you will burn a pound of fat every day! So, add muscle!
This is the fastest way to add a pound of muscle. Squats and Pushups! You do them on alternate days; squats one day, pushups the next. And you do them SuperSlow style. That is, you do the easy part twice as slow as the hard part. That way you fatigue the muscles quickly. Then you rest the muscles for 48
hours which gives the body a chance to make new muscles.
Squats should be done with a wide stance and all the way to the floor. Pushups the with palms shoulder width apart and all the way to the floor, then all the way up. Use the full range of motion of the muscle group you are trying to develop.
The idea is to tire the muscles out completely so do a set of squats until you can’t do another, then rest for a couple of minutes and do it again. Do that 3 times and you’re done for the day. The following day, don’t do squats but do pushups. Do them the same way,
go down twice as slow as you come up.
You will lose weight fast, unless you add more junk food and fat to your diet. Instead, eat at least 5 to 7 different raw vegetables and fruits every day. Cut out anything that comes in a bag or package. Cut out all processed foods, soft drinks and sweets. Eat more grains and less red meat. Check out the Food Pyramid.

What non-prescription (over the counter) drugs can I use to improve my memory and concentration?
I’ve heard about legal, non-prescription drugs and diet supplements that can improve memory, cognitive function, concentration, and quick thinking. What would you recommend based on your medical knowledge and/or experience with such substances?
Do not listen to ghost. DXM is a illegal drug when abused as such. It can also turn up in drug screens, but I think only as alcohol. Also, it makes you feel drunk, can make you hallucinate, and if your body can’t handle it (it’s VERY strong, think drinking whiskeyX2) you will vomit. It will feel like your vomiting forever. You will not be able to function. It’s the closest thing to death I’ve ever experienced.
How to I conquer emotional eating?
I’m content. I’ve had past problems, but they’re in the past and I’m not one to dwell on the past. I eat and eat and eat all this junk (mostly because of boredom) around the house. I’d just like to stop. I can’t see a therapist because they’re just too expensive. I have no idea what else to say to fill up this space. Any suggestions?
There are so many things you can do around your home so your not feeling your day with with food! I do the same thing when I am bored an chilling at home, But I make my self do things around the house or go for a walk. Talk to some of your family or friends see if they can help you out with your eating problem.
I feel tired all the day as if my body is empty. Can u recommend an energy boosting diet n stress relief diet?
I experienced similar symptoms to what you are feeling and here is what I did to turn things around -
Give it a go, you should feel a whole lot more energised and relaxed. It’s a life style change!
1) Get a physical flush from a colonic therapist – A good one will give you feedback!
2) Afterwards eat mainly raw fruit and vegetables for a few days
3) Start to do some light excerises daily and slowly increase them – I found doing Wii fit/sports
fun and it didn’t seem like a chore.
4) Drink a least two pints of water a day. After a while your body will let you know when it needs it!

What is better to sleep in boxers or boxer-briefs?
I wear boxers to bed but I’ve started wondering what is better to wear to bed. I don’t like to sleep nude so make sure you dont put that as an answer.
If you move alot when sleeping, I would wear a tighter type of underwear because it will stay on, if you dont move alot, wear boxers.
Boxers are more breathable, and are better for hotter rooms, yet tighter underwear like boxerbriefs are better for colder rooms, they will keep the heat in.
My suggestion is wearing boxers, as you will feel more open. The other answers I have read about them bunching up, I havent had that experience.
Try both of them and see what you like.
